Angled foregrip on ar pistol legal or not?

I have a ar pistol for sale and it has a magpul angled foregrip. Someone on another forum warned me that this is like advertising a class 3 weapon. Is this true? I thought angled was ok but vertical was not. I dont want to get into trouble so I hope someone here can help. Thanks in advance for the help.

From everything that I've read, I believe you are correct - angled is ok on a pistol.
