Bought a Boyt Tactical 50" long gun case for traveling through Carry Cases Plus. Great price, free shipping, but the case was back-ordered.
It got here while I was away on business. Get back from Philly, open the package on Saturday to discover the case was damaged in shipment with a broken corner.
Photographed it, sent an email to Carry Cases and Boyt Harness. What shows up today (Monday!): a replacement case and UPS to pick up the damaged one.

Now THAT'S customer service !!!
