American Security 16 Gun Safe 45 min fire rated $360

I picked this up a few years ago and it served me well. Now that my collection has out grown this safe, I used it to store ammo but now I was able to get another safe so now this has to go. Has a few scuffs here and there but still looks great. It's a 3 digit combo and not sure if it needs maintenance, but it can be a pain sometimes to get into it. Serious buyers are welcomed to test it out before purchase. Not sure how high the fire rating is but I'm sure it's anywhere from 1200°-1400°. It's still sits on the metal plate/skid that they come with, probably weighs about 380lbs. Also has a felt lining of some sort. I just put a De-humidifier in there and my guns/ammo always stayed fresh. Exterior Dim. 59Hx24Wx18D. Asking $360 firm and open to trades for firearms only. Mainly 9mm but open to here other offers. My trade value will be @ $400. I can help load but that's about it.

Like most of us always needing to move to a bigger safe! GLWS, could be that lock which looks like a dial lock needs some cleaning inside.
When you say hard to get into. Is it sticking? put in the combo but it doesn't always work? Handle hard to turn? Depending on the problem might be an easy fix. These security cabinets (they really aren't safes) generally are pretty easy to maintain.

Feels like the dial is sticking and when putting in the combo, doesn't work all the time. Handle works fine though. Was thinking about converting it to a digital key pad lock if it doesn't sell. If it wasn't for that issue, I would be asking for more.
