I believe so. Its not the freedom line 20 inch upper its the other one.

Im not seeing it. Its only stamped 5.56 1-7 PSA

If it's chrome-lined, the older PSA "Premium" barrels were actually made by FN, just like the CHF barrels. I don't remember if they had any FN markings on them, though.
