He quotes someone who works there he knows and the rest Just repeating what I have had the same experience as... So. As I learned a year ago. just don't order directly from them, get it from a retailer that does actually have it in stock.
I know when Gunrunner in JC was still in business they never knew when their order would come in from Aero and that was several years ago. It's only gotten worse, so who knows.

I ordered an in-stock lahar from them direct and it took 2 1/2 months to ship, The approval took less time lol.
That being said everytime I hit up their chat line for an update, someone did respond after waiting in the queue.

TLDR. Does he have any actual answers from Aero Precision or is he just repeating the problems he's heard?
I still haven't heard a peep. Sat on hold for hours Friday till they dropped my call. Submitted case online. Nothing. Sent email. Nothing. My relationship with them had always been great up until now.

AP parts I've ordered from retailers have arrived. Great stuff. So I agree with the comment above. Don't order direct. Primary Arms, AR15discounts, even Optics Planet.

Sigh

Good news. This morning I received this:

Good morning Jon,

I'm sending you a replacement of M4E1 enhanced barrel nut wrench. Here is your Fedex tracking number: xxxxxxxxxxx. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Thank you,

Somehow mine had escaped and I had asked them where I could get another. Instead of directing me to where I can buy one they simple shipped me one.

Cool, huh?

Are they maybe in the process of moving to a different state? I wouldn't blame them. If so, some communication would be great. I generally like their stuff from a quality:cost perspective.
