I bought a Seekins Precision 18" barrel for my Aero AR10 and the feed ramps are jacked. Are tolorances going to be off? Is this a bolt action barrel? Can I dremel the feed ramps even? It feeds a lot better than it ejects but I just found this problem. It stove pipes almost every time as well. Having an amazing time!

1733803867308.jpeg wasn't aware this crossed into AR10s but the gist is the same

Basically, you have the wrong barrel extension/receiver combo. In fact, of 4 possible combos, yours is the worst.

You and I are pretty alike! I like a good project, even if I screw it up I learn something and will get it correct on the next few attempts :p
If first you don't succeed, don't try skydiving.

AR10's are much more finicky than AR15's, and parts from different manufacturers often don't work as well together. Grinding wouldn't be the route I'd go. I'd want to source the correct parts that work together. However, I'm curious to see if you can grind your way to a solution lol regarding ejection, did your Seekins barrel come with an adjustable gas block?

It did not. My next move is a rifle speed adjustable gas block.
