Adults used to be able to admit when they were wrong. When they'd made a mistake. Now? It seems to be a rare trait.

When was the last time you admitted you were wrong? Is it a big deal to you?

This came up because I was apologizing to a friend of mine recently and he profusely thanked me for it and said, "No one does that anymore!"
I learned a long time ago, that it was easier to admit a mistake, than it was to hide it. Also, it often precludes someone using the mistake against you. This is especially true in the workplace.

To avoid being wrong, before every decision I apply the WWSD strategy….

 Double Knife Hand! What does it mean?
