Me, too. That's why I'm so smart..... I learn from my mistakes...

I learned a long time ago, that it was easier to admit a mistake, than it was to hide it. Also, it often precludes someone using the mistake against you. This is especially true in the workplace.Adults used to be able to admit when they were wrong. When they'd made a mistake. Now? It seems to be a rare trait.
When was the last time you admitted you were wrong? Is it a big deal to you?
This came up because I was apologizing to a friend of mine recently and he profusely thanked me for it and said, "No one does that anymore!"

To avoid being wrong, before every decision I apply the WWSD strategy….
