9mm-Vihtavouri N320 vs. N340

Anybody else on here use these powders in 9mm?
Just got a 4 pound jug of each. Started loading N320 in 45ACP and love it. Just tried the N320 with 115 gr. FMJ's and it was great, very accurate but kind of a "spikey" recoil impulse. I wasn't at max load. 4.5 is max, I was at 4.2. Although my COAL was 30 thousandths shorter than the load data(my FN 509's barrel is a very tight chamber)
Almost thinking N340 might be better since it's a slower burning powder.
Anybody else have experience with these, let me know your thoughts.
