Bulge yes, but blow out no.

I shoot two Glocks with my own reloads. I don't get the bulge in my cases but I don't load to +P levels.

I have had the same thing happen with the same headstamp , some of them also had split cases .The headstamp is dated 1987 .are you shure it wasnt remanufactured amunition?
Unknown - but it was bought from Cabelas

I didn't think Cabela's carried re-man ammo. But I just looked and at present they sell re-man .223 ammo. They might've carried re-man 9mm more recently as well. Just not listed now.

#1 any crimp was removed and primer pocket has be chamfered
#2 you can see slight bulge of OOB or un supported when round went off 3yac9g.jpg

I had that exact thing happen - your case looks almost identical to the one I saved. Happened because of an out of battery detonation - the gun was just slightly out of battery which caused the case to be unsupported enough for it to go BOOM. It felt like my hand got kicked by a donkey, but the gun came out fine.

Agree with you on the bulge and everyone else it was unsupported. Shot in a G19.

He swares he bought the ammo from Cabbalas in Tualatin OR. I too did not think they sold reman, everything I saw holding it did not indicate reman. But took the photos to share with everyone as never dealt with the WWC head stamp before.

There is some ammo Hsm . They made factory new and some that is reman. The boxes used to both were orange but one had a black stripe . I was sure i seen it at cabelas but it was a few years ago. Some of the cases on the reman had buldges at the bottom .The new production I had was built on star brass

the 45 ACP is really strange, because that a low pressure round. Bullseye is the best powder for reloading 45ACP and there is no way of a double charge without it spilling over the top of the case. So I thinking wrong powder (H110 or rifle powder) who knows.

No doubt in my mind the case has been reloaded and the primer crimp has been removed by a case deburring tool leaving a huge bevel on the pocket.

BTW Cabela's has sold remanufactured ammo for as long as I've known of them … at least since the '80s.

What's the difference? I have shot huge amounts of Winchester NATO 124gr that has the NATO cross and are dated 2015. The cases are marked WMA. Is WCC Winchester White Box non NATO? I have not shot any WCC 9mm rounds.

WCC head stamped 9mm Luger is Winchester commercial production with no crimp. WCC with the NATO "circled cross" 9mm Luger cases are produced for the government with the crimp.

But … mil spec rejects and overrun cases show up in Winchester White boxes with both crimped and uncrimped cases

Any pictures

Can't find the pic in my Imgur album, I'll see if I can find the casing - I kept it and tucked it away someplace. Its pretty much identical to what was already posted by the OP tho. The gun in question when it happened to me was a S&W SD9VE - latest gen Sigma essentially, their clone of a Glock 19. I dry-tested the gun (which was not damaged by the OOB detonation) and found that it would fire something like 1/16th to 1/8th of an inch out of battery  I then checked a Glock (gen 3) and found it to be pretty much the same - my M&P will not drop the striker that far out of battery.
