9mm barrel in a Glock 32c?

I have a friend whom a Federal correction officer in Sheridan sold him a G32c with the original .357 sig and a .40 S&W barrel and spare mags. Not a bad deal but my question is can you drop a 9mm barrel (looks to be about the same size as a G19) into the G32c? If not what are the issues with it?

Sure you can buy a .40-9mm conversion barrel, just don't use a factory 9mm barrel.

You will also need 9mm magazines.

It should work fine for a range gun but I would not use it for self defense.
