Anyone know of a place that mills out the 80% lowers? And how much does it cost? Looking to buy some just don't have the drill press to do it. And is it illegal?

I'm not a expert but far as I know.
No it is not legal. Unless you have a gunsmith do it, put a serial number on it and run a background check on you to get it back.
You need to do yourself.
