It is unopened. I bought it to reload for my 6.8 SPC II, but never loaded for it. Hells bells, I only shot it 10 rounds then had a local gunsmith install a new 18" ARP barrel, MUR-1 VLTOR WS HD upper receiver, a good buffer and spring. It has a sweet low-recoil muzzle device, I just never got around to shooting it.

Yes, unopened. Sorry I just wasted money on this rifle.
