Thompson Center Arms .54 Cal Hawken Black Powder Flint-Lock rifle. This is the 1970-1995 25th anniversary gun. Shot less than 10 times and comes with all the extra's pictured. This gun is 98% and has a 28 inch barrel. $395.00. I will FFL out of state.

The rifle in the picture isn't a flintlock, it's a percussion or a cap lock.

No FFL is required for that type of firearm, even from one state to another.

You are correct about the FFL, but the rifle isn't a flintlock. I was just pointing that out since there are two different markets for the two types of rifles.
A flint lock would a different lock and would have a stone flint that clamps into the cock of the rifle, and a pan to put priming powder in.
A very nice rifle though at a very fair price.
