48 miles north of sacramento

I avoided California on my trip to Arizona. I went east to Nevada to skip that state. Most of Nevada is at least fairly friendly to open carry unlike CA. My window tint is also illegal there because they have idiotic laws that are more restrictive than their neighbors. Sound familiar?
