37mm 9" Havoc Launcher

I have a Spikes tactical havoc 9inch 37mm lancher that attaches to any picatinny rail. It comes with 4 reloadable 37mm shells and a kit to make smoke shots, flare shots, and firecracker shots. This is alot of fun and looks bad bubblegum also. It is brand new. Only have shot 5 shots through it. Asking for 300.00 for everything.

Is that legally a hand gun or was there just not anywhere better to list this?

I just put it under hand gun because I didnt know where to put it. It's not even classified a firearm. So you dont even have to transfer it. You make your own shots for it. It just like an upper for an ar 15
