I have 160 rounds of Nosler match grade 220 grain, 24 rounds of Remington 220 grain, 25 rounds of Fiocchi 220 grain, 20 rounds of Sig 220 grain and 20 rounds of Grizzly 220 grain. That's 249 rounds total of subsonic 300 blackout. I'm getting out of 220 grain and only shooting 190 grain. I shot a few hundred rounds of that nosler and it cycled great though a 11.5" barrel with a 36m can.
