22lr Subsonic

As the title states, looking to grab some subsonic 22. Preferably something that will run in a semi auto, not the 700fps stuff meant for bolt guns.

I can buy outright or trade for it. I have 9mm, 22lr high velocity, 556, and 45 ACP.

How much SubSonic are you looking for, and what would you propose as a trade ratio for .9mm? I have a good quantity of Eley Standard. (1040 FPS).
