22lr Pistol Competition for old timers

Retired having a blast ... I am now interested in plinking with 22lr pistol competition with our group of old-timers shooting for fun Pistols I have looked at: ANSCHUTZ EXEMPLAR XIV .22LR BOLT ACTION PISTOL ~~ Benelli MP-95 Target Pistol ~~ Pardini SP Bullseye Edition, Cal.22LR I kinda like the Pardini FPM, Free Pistol Mechanical, Cal. 22 LR but I don't see how I can add an optical sight to the pistol.
