22 handgun or high point

under $130. I was going to buy a savage rifle, but I'd rather give my money to the NWFA members.

Small revolver or Auto. .22 or .25.
I also would take a High Point in 9MM or .380. I will pay $100 for it.
SA/DA revolver. I prefer no top breaker's.
Mostly looking for a cheap plinking handgun to shoot .22 or 25 caliber.
