WTT OR 204 ruger upper

I have a very nice 204 ruger build. It is an M1S upper, Shaw 24" match Stainless Steel Barrel and had it cut down to 21" and target crowned. Installed a 16" cobratac carbon fiber free float hand guard. I can sell this with or without the vortex viper 6.5-20x50mm scope and warned tactical rings.
It will not come with BCG or CH
Interested in nice 223 uppers, and Preferably remington 700 bolts in 223
$750 for the upper
$1200 including the scope
