Orig. sold in 1958 by Simmons Gun Shop 700 S. Rogers, Olathe, Kansas The vented rib on the barrel is their original proto-type(No Pat. Pending or Pat. number)
Marked only by the Simmons name. Cond has been rate @ 94/96---$650.00-Part Trade 22lr/Mag-both cyl/Colt style frame/Doesn't have to be pretty.
One sold@ auction in Dec. 2012 that was re-blued W/minor pitting and had the Simmons Rib installed $727.00-(One "WELL" used in Wenatchee Wa.$600.00-no rib)
