What a wonderful thing! and for 400 bucks!
Over the years I helped my old hunting buddy back in the 70's pack out three bull elk, two taken in out of Wallowa (70 & 75) and one in the Imnaha valley (71) near hat point, All taken with a beautiful sporterized version of this very 303 Brit. All clean one shot kills. I would have followed suit if I hadn't already bought the new M77 .270 Ruger which I ultimately did not regret.
