I use Fusion Firearms for my builds, but they have stopped with the double stack frames, as has SARCO

Reviews on this 'Hooper gun works' appear to be pretty negative and close to a scam but MY question is IF they they were even close to legit at all how were they getting 80% RIA receivers and others as well?

I suspect just they were just buying damaged/junk/blemished parts and passing them off as '80%' and unsuspecting people buying them.
