16" A2/3 complete upper

They are only showing 20" complete uppers, but do have A2 receivers in stock.... maybe give them a call and see if they can put one together?

Does anyone know where I can find either a complete upper, or in stock parts to build the following:
16" barrel, prefer lightweight but standard would work (M4 cut or not), prefer mid-length gas system but CAR is fine.

Not sure if you ever located what you were looking for or move on, but I given this site for some tools I'm looking for and remembered this thread. I don't know anything about them but it looks like they have several options.
