I'm not 100% positive. Guys I bought it from said yes, but I bought with the intent of being a project. But I found an even larger one I went and picked up. Thats I posted it so cheap cause I haven't float tested. Hull looks intact, but may be a small issue near the back. Likely wouldn't be difficult to get watertight if you knew how
