Legally a six position buffer tube does not make an item an SBR. I dont know why I should have to explain that.
The part of the tube where a stock could be used is wrapped in paracord.
And legally if the purchaser wanted to pin a 5.5" muzzle on and then add a stock it would be still perfectly legal, even to swap back to a pistol as long and the owner knows the laws and follows them. Thanks guys!

the Thorsden cheekrest utilizes a six position buffer tube, and is approved by the ATF for use with pistols. That was the original plan for this build. And why the tube was left on.
