I have been in this shop three times over the past twenty years.
Each time I went back I was hoping it would be better than the last time.
The customer service was terrible each time, and the last time I went in looking for a particular rifle the customer service was lacking and the guy behind the counter acted like I was bothering him. I was set on buying the rifle I had seen on their website, but when I asked about it the guy behind the counter said they didn't have it. I told him it showed in stock on their website. He said it was probably over in their warehouse. Due to lack of customer service, I left and will never return.
But, they actually did me a favor and saved me over $200 on the firearm I was going to buy, because I found it down the road at BiMart, and bought it.
They have lost a customer for life!!
