I was driving around looking for a shop. Being disappointed in the last shop I'd seen that day I was genuinely great full to walk into a shop with an amazing selection of new products. Especially if your a SIG SAUER fan. They had wall to wall selection of many firearms, some I had not seen in years in a local shop. Every person I talked to on different trips had knowledge of any. I have been doing business with both of the NW Armory stores. The Portland store is a lot larger and has more staff so I get in and out quickly. The prices are in line with other stores selling the same item. You can also look on the web site for what the inventory is at the store. If you are in the area stop by and take a look lots to see.

They had the gun I was looking for in stock and got me in and out in good time considering the measure 114 madness.

Ordered an Aero lower off their website last week, had to be shipped from their Scottsdale store but I was sent an email to come pick it up as soon as it got there. Went in, no hassle, greeted and treated well by the staff and was told to come back the following Tuesday for pick-up as it's 3 day release.

All around great service and experience, will definitely be returning to them for more purchases in the future

For defensive and competition firearms this is a great place. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Also they are open to chatting, and giving advice. Probably my favorite gun store, but I did go to Sportsman's for their wider selection when I have gone out to buy hunting guns.

I've used these folks for magazines and a firearm purchase. I went in knowing what I was after but also did some "window shopping" and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable. They were busy, but staffed appropriately.

Love coming here for all of my needs. The staff is amazing. I don't shop anywhere else. I have gone places, it's just not the same. You will enjoy whatever you get here or just a good conversation.

I have purchased several guns at their Milwaukie location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There's a great selection of new and used guns, and they have ammo to put in them!

Placed an online order for firearm pick up and it was fulfilled in about an hour. I was greeted nicely upon arrival and was able to get paperwork started quickly. Due to state check backed up- I had to return next day, but I appreciate the gentleman calling me before store opening to advise all was good.

I would suggestion if able to put the information that is emailed about the background checks/process- to put that in a FAQ section

This review is for Tigard store. Good service, very busy for 2 people at counter but they handled it pretty good.

I've been to both locations and dealt with them online and always been pleased. Selection is as good or better than anyone and prices are always competitive. Been to Tigard store most in recent years and always gotten great, knowlegable, friendly service. They have been gracious about transfers from the other store to save me a trip on more than one occasion. I would definitely recommend to friends. If you haven't been there yet give them a try.

I've not always been pleased with the customer service at this store, but the perfect service I received today will cause me to eat those words. I purchased a rifle, on-line, at a price far less than I expected. I was greeted immediately by multiple employees, and my entire experience was less than ten minutes, culminating with me leaving the store with a new rifle.

Ordered online in the morning and picked up that afternoon. Rudy was very friendly and helpful and made it well worth the 2-hour round trip. The price I paid was considerably less than many competitors. Highly recommend this shop.
