considering the fact that a FTF transaction cannot legally cross state lines, then no it's not close enough. you must be new to gun sales.

No it's not!

Considering that if the seller was in WA, then an Oregon resident would have to consider getting an FFL transfer for the handgun. The same is true if the situation was reversed. This may be the decider on whether to send the seller a PM or not!
