Wish I had a C&R license. It'd be great to bypass all the FFL stuff. Who knows, maybe I'll apply for one next year. A C&R firearm has to be over 50 years old, right?

Yep any - legal - gun over 50 years old is automatically C&R eligible and having a C&R license exempts you from the state background check requirements.

C&R license is $30 for three years.

And by legal - I mean - you couldn't legally buy a C&R gun that would otherwise be banned by one of the dumb laws in WA…such as a vintage SKS or AR.

I'll take a look and try to shoot a photo, but I don't recall it being bad.

Lands/grooves are sharp. It is a little dark but I've never cleaned it…in like 10+ years and it was probably sitting in a surplus bunker - covered in grease - for 50 years before that.

No rust.
