May want to check sportsman's, the one in Albany had had 9mm hp for a week or two. Also been seeing them in fairly frequently at multiple stores

I have multiple kinds of JPH 9mm if you want to make the trip to hillsboro.
Otherwise I recommend giving fishermans marine a call. Ive had luck finding it there.
