I may have what you are looking for. It is a pre-Victory, British issue 38 S&W. Frame and cylinder numbers match. May have been re-barreled when returned to the US. Locks up tight, bore good. I have fired about 50 rounds through it. Shoots great and locks up good. Bottom price $400 FTF.
