WTB or WTT my XDS for H&K USP compact .40 or .45

Just shot my buddy's USP compact and like it. So I'm testing the water here...
I would prefer a .45, but the .40 would work for the right deal.
I have a new, never fired Springfield XDS .45
2 - 7 round extended mags
2 - Pearce grip extensions on the factory, 5 round mags
N82 Tactical Professional series IWB holster
Plus all of the factory goodies that came with it.

I have valid ID and a good guy card and expect the same.
