Looking to add a kel-tec to the stable. Green preferred, but black and fde works also. Online prices range from 160-309- but most are sold out. Ideally we can meet near the middle. I have cash or part cash/surplus 308 or new 9mm ammo up for discussion.

I would prefer somewhat local to Bremerton/port orchard as I would have to make 2 trips for transfer- either tankworx or Dan's firearms- unless you have a better idea.

I guess I should update my post. I ended up getting a p17, and after adding my suppressor, the debris blowback was so unbearable, I already found it a new home and got a taurus tx22. Thanks for looking out though.
