I am trying to put together a rifle as a gift. I need an upper. Nothing fancy, nothing expensive. Just a basic upper, PSA-type quality. BCG and CH NOT needed.

I have a 16 inch M4 barrel with feedramps, no FSM but drilled for one laying around. fairly accurate but not match grade. I not sure if it is chrome lined. I think I shot around 6K of semi auto. Flawless operation. I don't have an upper receiver for it, but if you are interested in it, I can dig up the matching BCG. I believe I have the Carry Handle that goes with as well.
