If you are willing to pay the price I found this site to be a reliable source. My batch included some Lapua headstamps:

You can either hunt for boxer 54r, pay the very reasonable 12.50 for that 21 piece lot...or pay 20, get 20 loaded rounds of Win white box, shoot them, and reload. These cases are like gold.

Thanks guys. I've got a few boxes of white box in the safe. I'm holding off on firing them. I'm more or less looking to see if anyone has some brass lying around type thing.
