Winchester Model 88 .308

Winchester Model 88 in .308 caliber. Serial #3212 made in 1955. Has a Swift grizzly 2.5x32 scope on a weaver scope mount. Has a recoil reducer installed on it and a rifle sling. Comes with one 5 round magazine.

I inherited this rifle and have only put maybe 100 rounds through it. It seems to be in good condition, mechanically and cosmetically.

I don't have the original butt plate and I don't think the stock has been cut.

With the 100 rounds you put through it how was the accuracy? Also does the clip seem to be in excellent functioning order or is it reaching its end of life or somewhere in the middle?

I'm not a good shot but the rifle seemed accurate and the clip works perfectly.

Bump, went to a gunsmith and found out the stock has been shortened about 1 inch.
