Winchester model 70 243 WSSM for Leupold 4.5x-14x

I bought a new Winchester model 70 super shadow in 243 WSSM for my father. Black on Black. Now he thinks he wants a nice Leupold scope for his Ruger 270. Winchester will come with one box of factory ammo, brass, dies, hand loaded ammo. I am looking to trade it all for a Leupold 4.5x-14x scope in nice condition. Rifle is in great shape and has seen little use. The only thing it has killed was a elk. Not that it was my first choice, just the one I had in my hand at the time.
