For sale is a Winchester Model 1890 in 22 short. I don't know much about the rifle or it's round count as it was recently inherited. I believe Mfg date is 1899. It's in fair condition.

Do the numbers from receiver match the barrel? These were carnival guns and often were taken down and packed as a bunch, for the next town. They got mixed up a lot.

That Winchester wasn't a gallery/carnival gun, as they would alter the slot into a triangle so they could use a prefilled tube to drop all of the 22 shorts in one quick motion.
