Winchester Model 12 Heavy Duck pump action shotgun in 12GA. 30in barrel. 3" chamber. Single bead front sight. The barrel is not threaded for chokes. The wood and metal are in excellent shape for the age of this firearm with very few wear marks or signs of handling or damage. Minimal high point bluing wear. Mechanically, this firearm appears to be in excellent condition.

30" non-ribbed full choke bbl. 3" chamber.

Slightest trace of blue thinning at the muzzle. Minimal high point bluing wear due to use / handling. A couple of minor handling marks in the metal and a couple of minor finish blemishes on the stock in back of the trigger guard.

Original Winchester red rubber butt plate.

Flat bottom walnut for end.

Fancy figured walnut pistol grip stock.

I traded some higher end antiques for this decades ago. It was originally purchased new by the individuals (who I traded with) grandfather in 1955. Subsequent to the trade, I cleaned, oiled and stored the gun in the safe, where it has remained since. I have not fired it.

It is obvious that this example was not used in the field much and is one of the higher condition Model 12 heavy ducks available these days.
