REMINDER: HAZMAT RULES AND REGULATIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED WHEN SHIPPING POWDER OR PRIMERS

You could be setting yourself up or some trouble if you were shipping powder and primers improperly. Or even worse, cause some kind of trouble for our beloved site.
