Win. Model 88 magazine: order online?

I recently acquired a Winchester model 88 from my grandma, and we couldnt find the magazine for it...So how does it work if i order a magazine online? Are there any laws against it coming in from another state to OR? Also, any tips on where i could find one would be great, especially if it was local...I've looked around onlie a bit, the cheapest i could find was $39.99 @ e-gunparts...Most other sites they run about $50.00 for a 4 ROUND MAGAZINE! Ouch! Its a must have though, so i'll pay the price...

Those are good prices, this is the same clip the model 100 uses. I paid $75.00 for an original in the box for a mod. 100 in .284.

Yea i figured those werent too bad of prices as everywhere i have looked its pretty much $50 and on up from there, even for the .308...
