Wildcat mountain still open?

Looking to do some snow shooting in a wooded area or open clearing near Mt Hood. I came across Wildcat mountain, looks like there is/was ton of back and forth along with possible closures.

Is it still possible to target shoot out there? Particularly National Forest road 36/ SE wildcat road

Yes, you can target shoot if you can get up in the snow this time of year.

I had to go rescue my truck up there just before getting into NF property once. Son borrowed truck to "go do some shooting", then he and his buddies turned it into a 4-wheelin' misadventure.

I'd guess that the places where you could legally shoot would have over a foot of snow; likely much more than that. But it is a guess......
