Looking good, what a difference! your well on your way of turning that into the hidden gem it is...

You have any ideas on a stock more than willing any one? Sorry andy tried stock cant be fixed :(

Yeah, I was thinking that stock may be too far gone for repair.

That said, used stocks are available on Ebay, some for pretty decent prices.

Here is one that ends tomorrow - currently has no bids and starts at $29.99 plus $14.75 shipping. It's scuffed and dinged but otherwise seems solid, definitely usable. If you are interested, I wouldn't place a bid until the last minute - don't want to start others bidding too early and drive the price up:

Well too bad for the original stock.
Like etrain suggested I'd hit Ebay... and local gun and pawn shops.
These rifles used to be fairly common and inexpensive .... maybe you could find one local and swap stocks...
Plus have source of other spare parts.
Andy

BTW, buy one of those old stocks and refinish it and they can look pretty nice. As I recall, I think many of those stocks were made from birch, not necessarily the best wood, but it will take a stain or oil. My brother's old Model 60 was a bit beat up, so I refinished it some 4 years ago. I posted a thread about it back then: Refinished Marlin Model 60 Stock - for your review

His was pretty bad internally - possibly never cleaned. It cleaned up very nicely. The stock wasn't anywhere near as bad as yours, but I did want to clean it up.

Here is a photo of it - my still original finish 60 on the top, the refinished 60 below it;
