Texas and Utah have less gun owners than Oregon? No bubblegum?

Curious what it was 30 years ago, when I moved here and wasn't into guns, and before all the dims moving here messing up the state?

That's only the guns they know about.

Question: If I have fifty guns and I lose forty in a tragic boating accident, how many guns do I have?

Answer: None of your damn business, I lied when they asked me how many I had.

That's just percentage of adults who own guns, not an absolute number. If solvent had 50 guns and lost 49, the statistic on the chart wouldn't change at all because he'd still be a gun owner. Lame charts are lame.

Probably even more guns back then. Oregon had a strong conservative bias most of its history prior to the 1980s whens it was as if a switch was flipped to blue.
All those guns are still in circulation here being passed down are still here. Its only more recently the influx of liberal voters that have been steadily moving here since the 80s have outnumbered conservatives.

What I can tell you is that no one counted or cared. Me, all my friends, every one I went camping, rock hunting or motorcycling with had at least one gun all the time. It wasn't just us. Every dispersed camping spot had a shot up log with a couple shot up cans behind it.

Good point. Be born into The Salt Lake Valley, HUNTING was HUGE. I remember them just closing the elementary and middle school on Friday before opening deer season. Classes would be half full, or less.
