WELL PUMP: looking for info, SOLAR and AC switching

Good Morning, looking for information on a system that will primarily power my well pump via Solar Panel & inverter but will cut over to city power when solar voltage output drops below minimal safe levels...

If you or anyone you know has such a system, I'd love to know where they purchased it.

I have 2 places that have been 100% off grid since 1991. Many components have been changed out over time and for me Arizona wind and Solar has been fantastic. I quit using solar as a pumping solution about 20 years ago. It's very expensive for the gains. Without a tracking system your pumping off the batteries more than panels, thus you purchase batteries more frequently. A 1000 watt Honda has been used ever since, the well pump and genset was $1000.
