what is that thing called that is on the barrel i know its for accuracy but what is its name

Its a Limb-saver De-Resonator . It helps reduce vibrations in the barrel and lessons barrel jump, or so they say. I have never fired a rifle with one on it. This rifle came to me setup the way it is.
