Is it a standard barrel or does it have a 'dragonuv' barrel?

This has a 16" barrel, as I think all the "drag" WASRs were. The few other examples I could find on google images looked 100% identical to this one.

Is the muzzle nut welded or the threads cut off?

with the lack of a bayo lug, this appears to be a ban era rifle. set up similar to so many norincos.
