I believe they only made these from 1937 to 1939, it is a bolt action 20ga shotgun with a 3 round internal magazine. It has a few minor spots of light surface rust but is otherwise just dirty. The bore is shiny and smooth and I function tested with one mag of medium velocity #7.5 bird shot and one mag of #2 max dram steel shot. Will include two boxes of 20ga minus the 3 shots from each I tested.

Basically I inherited this from my dad and neither of us really wants it and I don't have space in my safe for it.

Asking $100, you cover your BG check. Will trade for 22lr ammo. Will travel within reason to meet/deliver.
*Edit* I don't want to keep having this conversation with people so I am going to put it right here. I posted this shotgun at "normal" pre-pandemic/civil unrest prices because I do not believe in price gouging. To that end I am asking for a trade for 22lr also at pre-covid pricing not $50+ a box of 500. I have multiple friends and co-workers who see it locally in stock for under $20 a box of 500, so if you would like to trade 22lr its 2000 rounds minimum, if its cheaper junkier 22lr then more like 2500 rounds. If you disagree then you are more then welcome to pay cash for the shotgun and I will go buy my own 22lr. Thanks for understanding.

This is the same model as the Mossberg bolt action .410 I learned to shoot doves with. Mossberg made them for Montgomery Wards under the Western Field brand name up to about the 1970's. Brings back fond memories.

What's the overall length on this thing? Or at least the barrel length? I've got a small safe with shelves above long guns, and would like to know if I can make this fit.
